Is there a minimum booking for your services?

A three hour minimum booking is normally required for most of our services at workplaces and special events. Although the minimum duration of a visit will vary on your location and type of service and event. We are flexible, please let us know how we can help. (We are also available to take appointments at our Head Office in Oakville, Ontario).

How much space is required for on-site massage?

Each massage practitioner requires approximately a 6' x 6' space.

How much space is required for reflexology or reiki?

Each practitioner requires approximately a 6' x 9' space.

How long is an on-site massage?

Companies often choose to give each employee between 15 and 30 minutes. 2 to 10 minute massages are popular for high traffic events such as trade shows or golf tournaments.

How long is a reflexology or reiki session?

Companies often choose to give each employee between 15 and 30 minutes.

What geographical areas do you service?

We can provide on-site chair massage for your company or event virtually anywhere across Canada — nationwide. All of our other Wellness Services can be brought to you within Ontario.

Who provides the massage and wellness services?

Pathway to Bliss hires the very best chair massage and wellness practitioners. Our practitioners/facilitators are all certified and insured and have experience serving clients in a multitude of environments. These practitioners are not only hired for their skills, but also for their outstanding customer service and warm, friendly personality. Providing exceptional service at your workplace or special event, every time.

Are your practitioners Registered Massage Therapists?

Our practitioners are trained, certified and insured massage professionals who specialize in relaxation and stress relief massage. They are not RMTs. An RMT’s focus in on medical therapy or rehabilitation. We will refer any of our guests with an injury or medical condition to a qualified health professional if specific treatment is desired.

Is this covered by our insurance / benefits plan?

Every plan is different. Please check with your provider.

Won’t my employees fall asleep from the massage?

Massage has a reputation for being very relaxing. However, our massage is designed to refresh and re-energize. Rather than slowing employees down, research has shown that chair massage improves work performance dramatically.

Are tips mandatory?

Tips are voluntary, neither expected nor required. Tips are a great way to show your practitioner that you had outstanding treatment and appreciate it. Thank you for your compliments.
